DESCRIPTION

This wedding was all about personal touches and a custom culinary experience. My Catering Group designed a menu from the ground up, starting with elegant passed canapés and a stunning raw bar featuring live-shucked oysters, shrimp cocktail, scallop crudo, and shrimp ceviche.

Guests were treated to interactive stations including live-action shaved ibérico ham, cheese and charcuterie displays, and fire-grilled mains like lamb chops and surf & turf (ribeye and lobster tail). As the night unfolded, the celebration was capped with a late-night shawarma station—the perfect ending to a perfect day.
